骨釘害半殘2／手術後終身吃止痛藥度日　醫師坦言：有奇蹟才能痊癒

[周刊王CTWANT]蔡姓女子（43歲）因為在家中摔倒引起腰間痠痛，經過台北市立聯合醫院和平院區（下稱：和平醫院）蘇姓名醫檢查後，查出她第四、第五節脊椎壓迫到神經，必須加裝固定支撐器，然而蘇醫師卻將固定器誤打在蔡女的神經上，產生不可逆的損傷，蔡女終身只能仰靠大量止痛藥、類固醇及行走輔具維生，就有醫生直言，除非有奇蹟她才有可能好起來。

「開完刀之後反而更痛，我只能自費一直去醫院打止痛藥，你看我現在頭髮都白了，還一直掉頭髮。」蔡女說，在和平醫院開刀後腰間反而更痛，讓她只好到別間醫院做檢查，因此發現自己被開錯刀的驚人真相。

本刊調查，蔡女接連到新北市雙和醫院、苗栗大千醫院做檢查，最後才被其他醫生發現，裝在她體內的脊椎固定器根本就裝錯了位置，原本應該要將脊椎撐開的固定器竟被直接打入蔡女脊椎中脆弱的神經。

「那個醫生直接說這個根本是裝錯，我原本想說再調整位置就好，但才知道因為固定器已經造成神經受損，以後我只能這樣過日子了。」蔡女說。據了解，之後蔡女再度開刀將固定器調整，雖然大大改善了腰間的劇痛，但還是時不時腰間就會出現痠痛，雙腳時常無力，無法正常的行走，因此外出時都必須配戴護腰。
