《獅子王》演員被鳳梨酥收服

百老匯音樂劇《獅子王》上周六起在台展開共49場巡迴表演，14日舉辦記者會，「木法沙」索可西斯卡以爾和「刀疤」安東尼勞倫斯都是第2度來台演出，安東尼勞倫斯說，很開心可以再次回來，在後台收到很多卡片、咖啡，「前幾天有人送我鳳梨酥，讓我上次的美好回憶全部湧現，鳳梨酥是最能代表台灣的美食！」

首度來台演出的「辛巴」達肖恩楊則是相當興奮，「第一次在台北小巨蛋這麼大場地演出，台北是個很美麗的城市，這幾天去了101、陽明山等，觀眾也很熱情，上周2場表演結束離開場館時，還有不少觀眾來要合照跟簽名」。

《獅子王》這次不只在台北小巨蛋，也將首度移師高雄衛武營國家歌劇院，眾人皆表示非常期待造訪南台灣。

駐團導演歐瑪羅德里蓋茲指出，整部劇使用了200個戲偶，包含哺乳類、鳥類與昆蟲，讓觀眾宛如置身非洲，劇團更結合18個不同國家的演員，包括來自台灣的舞者薛育婷、製偶師許幃泓、燈光技術人員林怡雯，3人都相當開心能在自己的家鄉表演，還特別融入在地化元素，「劇中台詞有加入一些中文，給台灣觀眾小驚喜」。

導演也說很開心能在疫情下順利演出，是大家共同努力的成果，安東尼勞倫斯坦言「雖然每周8場的演出確實有點辛苦，因為要隨時維持好自己的聲音和體力，不過這就是我們的工作」，索可西斯卡以爾也說，「觀眾給予我們的支持，在台下一起哭、一起笑，就是最大的鼓勵，也是我們持續以最佳狀態演出的動力。」
